Honda Jazz, Toyota Yaris, or Mazda 2 Used — Which One Should You Choose?

I’m comparing these three used hatchbacks for daily driving. In terms of handling, comfort, fuel economy, maintenance costs, and resale value, which one do you think offers the best value for money? I’d love to hear from people who have actually owned or driven these cars.

For daily driving, I'd personally prioritize comfort, fuel economy, and maintenance costs over handling. Especially if you're driving around Jakarta or Tangerang, where you're probably spending more time stuck in traffic than actually enjoying the car's performance lol. From my experience, Japanese hatchbacks are generally a safer bet when it comes to spare parts availability and resale value. I'd also check the transmission condition, suspension, and service history before deciding. A slightly more expensive car with proper maintenance records can actually save you a lot of money in the long run. Btw, which three models are you comparing? The model year matters quite a bit too.
